Crochet Basics

Learn to crochet in this back-to-basics intro class.

Topics covered include chaining and single crochet. This primer is perfect for those just starting out in crochet. Yarn and hooks will be available for practice, or bring your own to save your work. 

Crochet is a hobby requiring significant hand dexterity; we highly recommend that all learners under the age of 13 be accompanied by an adult helper. 

If you are brand new to crochet, we recommend starting with t-shirt yarn and a size h hook. We can teach with any yarn and hook, but anything really big, really small, or really fuzzy will be difficult to learn with.
