BORROWER POLICY

The library is committed to providing excellent services and high-quality resources to the residents of Provo City. To fulfill this commitment, the library issues library cards free of charge to residents of Provo City, which is the area taxed for the support of the library.

 Non-Resident

 Individual living outside Provo or Orem City limits

 Outreach

 Library card arranged to provide services to Provo   residents unable to visit the library

Borrower Responsibility

The borrower is responsible for all materials, fines and fees charged to their library card. Lost or stolen library cards are to be reported immediately to appropriate library staff. A minor’s parent or legal guardian is responsible for all materials, fines and fees charged to the minor’s library card. A fee, as established in the Loan Periods, Fines, and Charges will be charged whenever a replacement card is requested.
